Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers of "Mineral y Fosil" have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the day after receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise this right, you must notify us by email. Once the returned item has been received by our company, we will issue a refund of the purchase price. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, as provided by the aforementioned Directive.

If the product is delivered damaged, you must notify us immediately upon receipt. "Mineral y Fosil" will file a claim with the shipping provider. The carrier will collect the item, return it to us, and we will issue your refund promptly upon receipt. Please note that such cases are extremely rare, as all items are carefully packaged and protected prior to shipment.
